Russland og Ukraina utveksler nær 200 fanger

Russland og Ukraina kunngjorde søndag at nesten hundre soldater kommer tilbake fra hver side.

Russlands forsvarsdepartement sa i et innlegg på Telegram at 94 russere i ukrainsk fangenskap var løslatt etter forhandlinger. De skal nå undersøkes på sykehus.

Andrij Jermak, sjefen for kontoret til president Volodymyr Zelenskyj, sa at 95 ukrainske tjenestemedlemmer var returnert, blant dem noen sårede. De inkluderte medlemmer av nasjonalgarden og grensevakter.

Jermak sa at de løslatte hadde vært i aksjon nær byen Mariupol, atomkraftverket i Tsjernobyl, fra Serpent Island i Svartehavet og fra Bakhmut.
